Once-upon-a-time, not so long ago, a fly landed on an especially vicious venus fly trap. The vicious venus fly trap ate the fly. It was an especially juicy fly and the venus fly trap had a pretty good meal. The venus fly trap was feeling happy and contented.

A piano fell on the venus fly trap. The venus fly trap did not feel happy and contented. In fact, it felt dead.

The piano decided it didn't want to fall on anything anymore so it became a pacifist.

A fly landed on an especially vicious idiot. The vicious idiot ate the fly. It was an especially juicy fly and the idiot had a pretty good meal. The idiot was feeling happy and contented.

A piano fell on an idiot. The piano had decided that being a pacifist was boring. The idiot still felt happy and contented. The idiot had been brain dead for many years and pianos didn't affect him any more.
